Neal has worked at DTE for five years, starting first on DTE's Corporate Strategy team before accepting his current role in its Regulatory Affairs organization. Prior to coming to DTE, Neal spent his early year in consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and McKinsey. In his current role, Neal is responsible for rate design, load research, and bringing the "Regulatory lens" to a variety of other emerging strategic topics.
