Cable Broadband Academy

The Cable Broadband Academy sponsored by the Institute in partnership with the Cable and Internet Association (NCTA) educates state legislators about cable and broadband technology and associated regulatory and policy issues. The policy seminar will provide a balanced program that covers a broad range of topics and gathers the most important voices in the cable and broadband world to interact with state legislators. The two and a half day program aims to equip policymakers with the knowledge to tackle important developing communications and technology challenges and enable legislators to share best practices for enhancing access to these services for their constituents.

The Cable Broadband Academy Policy Seminar will convene in conjunction with the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2023. Those attending will have the opportunity to visit the SCTE Cable-Tec Exhibit Hall to see the latest video and broadband technology and services.
