Taylor Mullon, Director of Association Management

Taylor Mullon serves as Director of Association Management both for the Institute and oversees the day-to-day operation of the organization, supporting its growth, governance and engagement. 

Taylor also serves as Director of Association Management at MultiState. Prior to joining MultiState, Taylor served as Director of Membership Services and Development at the State Government Affairs Council (SGAC) where she led membership growth and stakeholder engagement. She began her career in fundraising, holding roles at the Republican State Legislative Committee (RSLC) and GOPAC, Inc. 

Taylor earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arizona and also serves on the WASRG Board of Directors. She resides in Maryland with her husband, two kids and two dogs.
